As part of the GANANA EU-India partnership for scientific high-performance computing, HADDOCK3 has been launched on the Indian ICE-CLOUD computing resources. The launch took place at the GANANA symposium held in Pune, India, on March 24-26, 2026. This makes our integrative modelling software directly available to the Indian research community, running on local infrastructure.
Within GANANA the Utrecht group leads the life sciences activities, centered around two European software packages: Gromacs for molecular dynamics (KTH Stockholm) and HADDOCK for integrative modelling (Utrecht University). More information about the project can be found in our earlier news item.
